Our commitment

C4J, publisher of JORYX, is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. We apply the principles of minimization, purpose, security and transparency.

JORYX software: a GDPR-minded tool

For our customers using the software, JORYX natively includes:

• the export and anonymization of personal data (right of access and right to be forgotten);
• retention periods and an automatic purge configurable per company;
• a register of subcontractors and an editable privacy page, accessible within the application;
• fine-grained access management (roles, permissions, portfolio-based visibility) and an audit log.

Each customer remains the data controller for the data they manage in JORYX; C4J acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR, under the service contract and, where applicable, the associated data processing agreement (DPA).

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption of exchanges (HTTPS), multi-company partitioning, access control, backups and logging. Hosting is provided by W3plus (w3plus.fr), in France (European Union).
