Our story
JORYX is published by the C4J group, founded and led by Jorge de Azevedo — a digital group based in Creuzier-le-Neuf, in the Auvergne region, with over 35 years of experience in business software.
The adventure began in 1988 with CS3I (IT outsourcing and services) and, as early as 2002, gave rise to Emed® — a patient record software still in production today in the clinics of the ELSAN group. The expertise then extended to "offline-first" mobile applications with Calaosoft, the group's mobile studio.
In running our own operations, one thing became clear: to steer a business, you juggle a spreadsheet for quotes, software for invoicing, a separate CRM and hours noted by hand — hence double entry, errors and no overall view. We decided to build the tool we were looking for and couldn't find: a single piece of software, from the first prospect contact to the accounting export.
JORYX is the natural continuation of this story: the business management software we wished we had, drawing on everything we've learned about designing, deploying and running business software — not one more project, but the culmination of a craft.
